Shipping Policies
- All orders will be processed and shipped with 4-6 business days. All orders will receive shipping updates via the email and/or cellular number provided when the order was placed.
- Jae and Leona Beauty Collective NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or undelivered ("Sent Back or Return to Sender") packages including but not limited to packages showing as "DELIVERED" with our shipping partners. Please provide a current and correct shipping address that is safe to receive deliveries.
- There are no cancellations once an order has been processed and shipped.

If any item(s) in your order arrive broken, we require you to provide a photo of the broken item(s) in order to assess the damage. Please send all requests to hola@jaeandleona.com and include your order number. We kindly request you submit this broken item claim no later than 48 hours after delivery date.
